Texarkana, Arkansas Police have arrested a man following a shooting investigation.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott is ordering a review of how public school districts spend taxpayer money.

Members of the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department SWAT Team conducted a high-risk arrest and search warrant operation Wednesday at a home in the 3300 block of Washington Street.

Texarkana College is expecting another year of enrollment growth, with early numbers showing about 4,900 students planning to attend this fall.
