A suspicious activity call from a resident helped Texarkana Texas Police quickly arrest a vehicle burglary suspect early Monday morning.

Around 4:30 a.m., a caller reported seeing a man going through vehicles in the 1000 block of West 40th Street. Officers Cody Cox and Macey Huddle, who were already nearby, soon located 28-year-old Marcarius Stroops matching the suspect's description.
