About ten minutes later, 33-year-old Sean Wilkinson returned to the scene and told police he thought he may have hit someone. His vehicle had significant front-end damage and a broken windshield. Officers suspected Wilkinson was intoxicated.
He was taken to the hospital for a blood sample, then booked into the Bi-State Jail. He faces charges of Intoxication Assault with a Vehicle and Collision Involving Serious Bodily Injury. Bond was set at $150,000.
The 41-year-old victim was initially taken to Christus St. Michael, then transferred to UAMS in Little Rock due to the severity of his injuries.
