A Texarkana man is facing multiple felony charges after his arrest September 18. Authorities say Jaylon Rashaad Rucker possessed images of himself sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl he met online. He’s charged with child pornography, online solicitation of a minor, and sexual assault of a child. If convicted, he could face up to 20 years in prison. Rucker remains in the Bowie County jail on $650,000 bond.
