The City of Texarkana, Texas Municipal Court is offering an Amnesty Program for residents with outstanding warrants. The program runs from February 2 through April 2, 2026.
During this time, individuals with a warrant for a Class C misdemeanor can settle it in person without being arrested. Payments must be made in full using cash, money order, or debit or credit card. Checks and online payments will not be accepted for warrants.
Payments are accepted Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at the Texas Pay Fine Window on the first floor of the Bi-State Justice Building at 100 North State Line Avenue.
Once payment is made, the warrant will be recalled. Court officials say anyone who does not take care of a warrant by April 2 risks arrest and higher fines.
For more information, residents can call Texarkana Municipal Court during normal business hours.
