Texarkana, Arkansas Police are searching for Paul D. Mooney, a white male, 51 years old 6 feet tall 200 pounds for theft by receiving and Porsche C. Owens, black female 34 years old 5 foot 3 and 180 pounds who is wanted for criminal mischief 2 degree

Texarkana, Arkansas Police are searching for Paul D. Mooney, a white male, 51 years old 6 feet tall 200 pounds for theft by receiving and Porsche C. Owens, black female 34 years old 5 foot 3 and 180 pounds who is wanted for criminal mischief 2 degree. Authorities are encouraging anyone with an outstanding felony warrant to turn themselves in and let the court system handle the situation.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Mooney or Owens is urged to call Crime Stoppers at (903) 793-7867 or dial 911.
