Three teens are facing felony charges after a shooting earlier this month in Texarkana left a man and a dog wounded.
Police say 17-year-old Elijah Shaw Lewis is charged with aggravated assault and animal cruelty. His brother, 18-year-old Emmanuel Oneal Lewis, and 18-year-old Kemmanie Isaiah Galbert also face aggravated assault charges, with Galbert facing additional weapons and drug charges.
Investigators say the suspects opened fire from a Chevrolet Impala at a Ford Mustang on Richmond Road September 1st. Both the victim and the dog survived.
All three remain in the Bowie County jail with bonds ranging from $200,000 to $300,000. The cases are assigned to Judge Jeff Addison.
